1. Make sure you have the ASINs in your custom label (SKU) field of your eBay account ( see image below for example )
    1. If you don't see the custom label (SKU) column in your eBay sold page, open the extension settings then find where it says "Fix eBay columns" then click "Fix columns". Wait 5 seconds and then refresh your eBay sold page.
  2. Make sure to turn on "Enable tracking numbers updater?" in the extension settings in order to use "Turbo paste", "Mark last placed orders", and "Tracking numbers updater" features.
    1. You will see numbers after each customer's name - those are your record numbers which allow SmartyDrop to accurately match items to the customers.
      If you are worried about the customers seeing those numbers on their package - We have hundreds of users using this feature and there has never been a single problem with this method.
  3. Make sure you do not have two SmartyDrop extension installed simultaneously.
  4. Never mark orders as shipped ("Dispatched" in the UK and other places)! If you do so, SmartyDrop will not know which orders need to be updated and thus will not be able to update your tracking numbers properly.
